Consent to Personal Data Processing

This document is the consent you give when you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner on nibbo.org or turn on a statistics service under “Settings”. It is separate from our other documents, as Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” (art. 9) and other laws require, and applies to visitors from every country. Giving it is voluntary: if you do not, every tool on Nibbo works the same.
By giving consent, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, I agree to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.
1. Operator
[Company legal name] LLC, [Registered address], Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan, registration [Registration number / TIN]. Email: [email protected].
2. Purpose
Counting visits and the use of the site’s tools, finding errors and improving the site (web analytics).
3. Personal data
Cookie identifiers and similar device identifiers; IP address and the approximate location derived from it; browser, operating system, device type, screen size and language; pages viewed, the referring page, the date and time of visits; actions on the site (tools started and finished, type and approximate size of files, processing time, results saved, links followed, clicks and scrolling).
Not processed: the files I open in Nibbo, their contents and names, text I type into tools. No special categories of personal data and no biometric data are processed.
4. Persons who process data on the operator’s behalf, and recipients
Only for the services I have turned on:
- Google Analytics: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Not used for visitors from Russia.
- Yandex Metrica: YANDEX LLC, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021, Russia. Not used for visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland.
5. Actions and methods
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), including cross-border transfer, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data; automated processing using the services listed above, with or without transfer over the internet.
6. Cross-border transfer
I agree that my data may be transferred to the recipients in section 4 and processed in the countries where they and the operator are located: the USA, the member states of the European Union, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Uzbekistan. I understand that some of these countries may not provide the same level of protection of personal data as my own country.
7. Term and withdrawal
The consent is valid for 12 months from the moment it is given, or until I withdraw it. I can withdraw it at any time, in full or for one service, under at the bottom of any page of nibbo.org, or by writing to [email protected]. After withdrawal, the services stop on my device, their cookies on nibbo.org are deleted, and the operator stops processing and destroys the data, or has it destroyed, within the periods set by law (in Russia, within 30 days), unless another legal basis exists. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
