How it works

Text is encoded as UTF-8, so emoji and Cyrillic survive the round trip.
Decoded binaries are recognised by their signature, previewed if they are images, and saved with the right extension.

Does it handle URL-safe Base64?

Yes. Both alphabets are accepted when decoding, with or without padding.
